The Process
Preparation Phase
- Pre-screening of candidates’ education and experience
- Language Training
- Shortlisting and interviewing
- Issuing of employment contract
Pre & Employment Phase
- Apply for employment visa and move to Germany
- Begin employment as a nurse or assistant nurse
- Equivalence Exam preparation including German terminology
- Take equivalence exam at the local authority
Eligibility
- BSc or Post BSc Nursing (Nursing with a duration of not less than 4 years) OR
- Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) with a duration of not less than 3 years OR
- MSc Nursing (Nursing with a duration of not less than 2 years)
- German Language B2 level certificate from GOETHE/TELC/OSD
- Minimum One year experience as a trained nurse
- Age under 45 years Old
